Many of the clothing items listed on our online store display sizing information that can be found directly on the product page. We have also placed a convenient "Sizing Chart" button on every product page that can easily be clicked and you will be directed to the appropriate sizing charts. Your order status is automatically updated and sent via e-mail address or text message to the e-mail address or phone number that you provided us with at the time of your order. If you have not received these messages or would like more information on your order, please reach out to us by calling us at 607-438-3911 or e-mailing us at customerservice@hivis365.com. If you would like to cancel your order or make a change after the order has already been submitted, you should contact us as soon as possible either by phone at 607-438-3911 or by e-mail at customerservice@hivis365.com. Requests may not be authorized after the order has already shipped as our Return Policy will then take effect.

Our shipping policy is simple and employs flat rate shipping rates. You can view our shipping rates here. Heavy items and items of unusual packaging may require a custom shipping quote. We won't process your order until we've received your acceptance of the custom quote in these instances.

Typically, we'll send you a tracking number as an update via the e-mail you recorded when you placed an order. However, if you have not received a tracking order and are curious about the status of your order please contact us at customerservice@hivis365.com.
