Custom High Visibility Clothing

Recently, we were contacted by an EMS agency that we provide service to with interest in purchasing custom winter jackets with added reflective and custom reflective imprinting. We wanted to showcase our work to provide an example of how we can help you create the apparel piece you've been looking for. For this project, we were asked to provide a 3-in-1 parka jacket in black or navy.

We offer hundreds of products and variations, so having access to such a jacket was not a difficult task. For this project, the choice was the Viking Tempest 858JB Tri-Zone Jacket for it's extreme warmth, professional appearance, and it's 3-in-1 capabilities with an included inner fleece. The Viking Tempest provides extreme warmth in temperatures as low as -22°F, so for our emergency responders who spend a large amount of their time outdoors in the winter responding to medical calls or motor vehicle accidents, for example, this was an important attribute. Waterproof and windproof, this jacket will also help to protect them from the inclement weather.

While the Viking Tempest includes reflective striping on the front and rear of the jacket, it was not enough for our first responders, who again, spend a large amount of time outdoors and in low lighting conditions and there's safety in visibility. Being so, we came up with a design that would provide optimal visibility in low lighting conditions on the front, sides, and back of this super warm jacket. We added 3M Scotchlite reflective material on the front pockets of the jacket, down the front chest, and on the sleeves of the arms. On the back, we included a reflective imprint of the first responder agency's insignia and then also added reflective material on the bottom as well as the hood of the jacket.

As the Viking Tempest features a non-pill inner fleece, we were also able to add a small reflective insignia on the front chest of the inner piece and a large reflective insignia on the back of the jacket.
